The source code is hosted by fossil SCM (http://www.fossil-scm.org). Get it by

  mkdir polemy
  cd polemy
  fossil clone http://www.kmonos.net/repos/polemy local.fossil
  fossil open local.fossil

or donwload the zip archive by

  - Click "Timeline" in the sidebar
  - Click the latest version's hash number
  - Click "ZIP archive"

and follow the build instruction in readme.txt.
