  fossil open local.fossil</pre>

or donwload the zip archive from the <a href="http://www.kmonos.net/repos/polemy/info/tip">info page of the latest version</a>, and follow the build instruction in <tt>readme.txt</tt>.
To read it online, click "Files" in the sidebar and then "readme.txt".
